We are pleased to have Seth Klein coming to Salmon Arm! Klein is a policy consultant, speaker, researcher, and author of A Good War: Mobilizing Canada for the Climate Emergency. He served for 22 years as the founding director of the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives (CCPA) and is the Director of Strategy with the Climate Emergency Unit. He is also a regular columnist with the National Observer, and an adjunct professor with Simon Fraser University’s Urban Studies program. We can think of no better person to speak to what is needed to address the climate crisis.
Our Organization
We are a non-profit, non-partisan group of volunteers and concerned citizens providing information and community support for climate action in the North Okanagan-Shuswap region of British Columbia, Canada.

Special Offer! Annual memberships purchased from now to November 30, 2023, will be valid to the end of 2024 for $25 (individual) or $35 (family membership).
After November 30, our 2024 memberships will return to the regular fee of $20 and $30.
